Bio

Susannah is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing data queries, analyses, and visualizations for the Columbia Basin Research and SacPAS: Central Valley Prediction and Assessment of Salmon web sites. These websites include real-time environmental databases (1878 to present), integrated web-database applications, data analysis applications, computer models, and research publications.

Working with researchers, tribes, wildlife departments, federal agencies and others from across the Columbia and California Central Valley basins, Susannah develops publicly-available fishery and related data queries and analyses to:

  • Deliver real-time information services to assist with the protection and restoration of threatened species through adaptive management.
  • Provide flexible tools to explore the relationships among hydro-system conditions and fishery status as chosen by our DART and SacPAS users.
  • Present historical data and relationships to place the current conditions in context.
  • Support research efforts with simplified access to datasets related to numerous regional projects.

Susannah has worked for CBR for close to three decades.
