Acoustic-Tag Data Translation Utility: Desktop application which takes valid acoustic-tag events (produced by FAST or equivalent software) and creates an output file of capture/detection histories used for survival analysis by ATLAS or other third-party software.

Guidance on use of CBR software is provided in the training videos and user's manual. Individual assistance can be requested by emailing web@cbr.washington.edu — we are happy to answer questions on our software.

Note: The TagPro manual was tested for screen-reading accessibility using NVDA, which can be found at the NVDA Download Page. It is recommended that users set speech to read "some" punctuation/symbol levels with this manual, though the user may wish to switch to "more" or "all" for some sections, including those regarding Date and Time Format.
