Enhancements
Added function `nll_vitality_ku() for extracting individualized negative log-likelihood for “vitality.ku” model:
(1) Needed for computing the Chi-square statistic required for performing likelihood ratio tests for pooled vs. group specific vitality.ku survival curves
(2) The negative log-likelihood minimized during model fitting using the Vitality package was not suitable for computing likelihood-ratio test statistics because computation of the likelihood relies on the generating survival interval bins that depend on particularities of the data.

Bug Fixes
Fixed problem with rc.value censoring arguments for “vitalitly.ku” not being properly passed to fc_fit() when argument models=”all” is specified.
