For Water Temperature at locations downstream of the Merced River confluence, value-based color shading is introduced on the map for a quick visual cue by threshold reference categories (1) steelhead alevins below 54.0 °F (shaded light green) or (2) steelhead juveniles (suboptimal) above 68.0 °F (shaded light red).
